The Art of the Garden

 Dear Gentle Readers,

We in Ohio are once again covered in mounds of snow and suffering from the overall lack of green in our sad, colorless existence.

So I thought maybe you'd like a change of pace and enjoy some photos of my garden last summer.

Oh, how I miss outside.  Not those few minutes of careful steps to get to the car, but hours and hours of sunshine, green grass, and flowers.

Oh, the joy of seeing something I planted grow and flourish and bloom.

Oh, I'm so tired of being stuck in the house.

The nice thing about March in Ohio is one knows spring is on it's way, shortly after the annual St. Patrick's Day Snowstorm.

I know, I whine and complain about Ohio weather, and yet I am still here. The reasons are simple.  Ohio Spring.
Ohio Summer.  Ohio Autumn.  These seasons here are spectacular.

The pond is where I spend the day.  The sound of the waterfalls and the daily visits of butterflies, hummingbirds, and other small creatures are inspirational.

Well, I feel better.
Hugs,
Carol
