Flowers for Mercedes, Mercedes Drew Mysteries, Book 1 by Barnaby Wilde was a cleverly plotted British police procedural mystery written in the style of the old classics but with a modern twist.
Wilde has created sweet, smart, flawed, lovable characters you can’t help but root for.
This was a great start to a series that in my opinion needs to be made into a televised series. Yo Netflix!
