Amazing! This novella fits perfectly in the world of Time After Time! It's got twist and turns in it's 65 pages! I loved the setting, as it really reminded my of places I've lived. This book was a quick read, but a very good one as well. The characters were interesting, and the plot kept me turning the pages just like all the other Time After Time novels! I loved them all, and don't wanna see the series end!

Carol Ann Kauffman takes the reader to Australia in this romantic story of Richard and Nicole. They just have a "feeling" about the other and soon realize they have loved before in a different time period. They are older this time around and Nicole has some trepidation about being with Richard. A fun read just right for a rainy afternoon.

People in our lives come and go. This novella is about those who leave an imprint on our soul and never really leave us. One woman's quest to find a mysterious man in her dreams (and her heart) leads her on adventures near and far, taking us with her on the journey to find her place in the present...and the past. Part of the "Time After Time" series from author Carol Ann Kauffman. You'll want to read all of them following this.

Did you ever have a dream about a person for years that you never met, but you know you know them very well? And when you do finally meet, the both of you have memories for things you did together, years ago, century's ago, another life time ago? And the both of you know the others name from another time? Well this happened to Skye and Derrick in their 60's.
When they both called each other by their other name, I got goosebumps! Some people are meant to be with each other for ever and that means from life time to another. Some how, one way or the other, they find each other. I like to think my Husband and I are like that. I believe that you live on in your sprite form until God has another plan for you. So why not being with the only one for you, your Soul Mate, from life time to life time and so on?
This is a very touching story and makes you think about who you are with and people that you have met and felt an connection to right away. I love how Carol put this story together. It's a love story of a different kind. Sweet, mystery, funny and heart warming all rolled into one.

Waiting for Richard, by Carol Ann Kaufman, is a short novella added to the Time After Time series. Reading this novella first has made me want to read every one of the books in the series.

Skye is happily retired and working on a series of children's books. She is happy, but the one thing that bothers her is this image she has in her mind of the man of her dreams. Considering herself too old to even consider looking for him, she keeps herself absorbed in her children's books. An unexpected trip to Australia and a meeting with an elephant expert makes her realize that you never know who's going to enter your life and grab your love.

There is also many other twists and turns going on in these 65 pages including a shooting, a runaway brother and other craziness that makes this novella a must read. Take it as an entry into the world of all the Time after Time series, because once you read this you're going to want to read all of them.

I absolutely adore this story! It's sweet, and intelligent, and funny, and very brave. How could I not love a woman of my [advanced] age who's able to use the dreaded M-word in a speech to her almost-as-old beloved?! What a marvelous writer Kauffman is.

An interesting sweet romance with a sprinkle of intrigue and mystery! I enjoyed the story and loved the concept behind an author of children's books about elephants mixing it up with someone from a zoo!

Another excellent story from Carol Ann Kauffman. This time Richard and Nicole are an elderly pair who have recently met but have been missing their other half for their entire lives. Nicole is a children's author trying to track down her friend's brother and Richard is working with elephants in an Australian zoo.

This book isn't just a love story. There's a little bit of mystery and intrigue added in too. And the course of true love doesn't run smoothly. I was willing Nicole (Skye) to make the correct choice and choose to be with Richard - not break both their hearts by being too afraid to take a leap and be with him. Does she? You'll have to read it and find out ;)

It was such a pleasure to read a romance featuring mature characters. The time after time aspect of this story added an interesting twist. Skye and Richard were a fun couple I couldn't help but route for. The ending left me smiling.

Waiting for Richard was a wonderful treat. This is my time reading Ms. Kauffman and I wasn’t disappointed. Reading this unique story has made me want to read all the other stories in the series.

Skye has dreams about a man that plagues her memory, but considers herself too old to pursue the image. She goes on a journey and a lot of other fun excitement happens. I recommend it to anyone.
