TV TIME: Untamed (Netflix)

This was so good! Eric Bana plays the role of Park Ranger Investigator Kyle Turner in Yosemite National Park, who is called in to investigate the death of a young woman who fell to her death on massive El Capitan.

If you like fast-paced action, sex, and violence, this six-part mini-series is not for you.

If you like a well-written plot with multi-layered characters protrayed by a cast of outstanding actors in a breathtakingly beautiful locale accompanied by a wonderful musical score, then sit down and enjoy this gem.

BOOK REVIEW: A Mystery in Bloom: Murder in the Marigolds, by Fiona Grace

A Mystery in Bloom: Murder in the Marigolds, Alice Bloom Book 1 by Fiona Grace was a clever cozy murder mystery set in the beautiful Italian countryside, where Alice is hired by a wealthy heiress to revitalize a villa’s rundown garden. What ensues in treachery, murder, betrayal, and a bit on romance in a story filled with food (it’s in Italy!) and plants. A typical Fiona Grace novel, it was a pageturner with lots of twists and turns. Love this new series.

Carol Ann Kauffman is the author of twenty-some books to date, from short stories to full-length novels. She is a retired teacher from a local school district in Ohio, where she taught for thirty-five years. Carol loves to travel; her favorite places being Italy, Aruba, and the American Southwest, which show up in her novels quite a bit. She loves to play Bridge and to garden. She grows African violets and orchids. Carol loves dachshunds and trains. She is the author of the Time After Time series, which follows a pair of lovers through their many lifetimes together, and the Cat Collier Mysteries, as well as holiday short stories with Books To Go Now Publishers.
