NOTE: Happy Thanksgiving

October

Dear Gentle Readers,

What a year 2020 has been! I will be happy to see it in the rearview mirror. Global coronavirus, political and social unrest, dealing with illness in our families and communities causing us to change our way of life to 'the new normal.'

That said, there is still much to be thankful for in 2020. We are spending quality time in our cozy little homes, you know, the ones we've spent a fortune on making them attractive and comfortable.

We're learning to enjoy all the little things we took for granted. More people are cooking and baking at home and playing with their children more. More at-home teaching is taken place and maybe you discovered your little darlings aren't a joy to teach after all.

We're seeing more of our neighbors, not just the casual wave while rushing in or out of the house. More people are listening to music, doing craft projects, and engaging in other artistic pursuits.

We at Vision and Verse wish you a Happy Thanksgiving Day. We hope you spend the day at peace, feeling love even if it is from a distance. We hope realize how lucky we all are and we hope you eat too much!

Hugs,
Carol
