I hold a widely unpopular opinion about Moon Knight.
The storyline is good. The series has potential. The music is terrific. The cinematography is beautiful. Ethan Hawk plays a great bad guy.
But I think Oscar Isaac is miscast. The hero from Star Wars plays a bungling, museum gift shop clerk with a gratingly fake British accent whose alter ego is imbued with the powers of an Egyptian moon god. He and his alter-ego struggle. A lot. Sometimes it’s painful to watch.
I rarely say something negative, but in this case, I would give this one a PASS instead of STREAM.
