The Manhattan Red Ribbon Killer was the third of the Detective Joey Mancuso books by Owen Parr that I’ve read, and although different, it was just as terrific as Books 1 and 2. This one is more about the chase and outwitting the killer than a who done it. And this time, for Joey Mancuso, it is personal!
