I was pleasantly surprised with ABC’s R.J. Decker. Scott Speedman, as Decker, a fired photographer and his buddy decide to become private investigators. The cases are a bit bizarre, but the writing and acting are engaging and entertaining. The southern Florida setting is a tropical delight.
