BOOK REVIEW: Death Among the Diamonds by Fliss Chester

Death Among the Diamonds by Fliss Chester is a 1920s London wealthy set murder mystery in a gorgeous, old mansion.

So far removed from today’s world, Chatterton Mansion was a delightful locale for a dinner party.

But a tragic accident marred the aristocratic atmosphere when the chandelier cleaner falls to his death, causing the Honorable Cressida Fawcett’s amateur detective spider-senses to bubble to the surface.

A simple story, well told with twists and turns and sausages, great characters. Great escapism. I loved it.
