I like Daniel Dae Kim. He is an exceptional actor. In this spy action thriller streaming on Prime Video called Butterfly, Daniel plays a spy who plays a dad whose daughter is in trouble so he comes out of hiding to save her.
Except, instead of being delighted to see her father alive when he’s supposed to be dead, she gets confrontational. As a girl with a deceased father, I found her reaction to seeing him all wrong. And this young woman is… smirky.
The action is non-stop. The martial arts fight scenes are beautifully shot. The acting is great and it is a good looking movie.
