Japanese Avant-Garde Artist Yayoi Kusama has died.
Noted for her vibrant colors and polka dots, Yayoi has been making
Art for over seven decades. From giant pumpkin exhibits to her balloon in the Macy’s
Thanksgiving Parade, this little powerhouse never backed away from a
challenge. Her website stated she was making art until she died.
Yayoi Kusama was 97 years old.
