ART: Tulip Time in Mill Creek Park, Youngstown, Ohio

Mill Creek Park, the Jewel of Mahoning County, Ohio, is a joy at any time of the year, but Tulip Time is a riot of color, landscape design, and massive mass plantings.

This was the mass planting area in the front of Riverside Gardens, filled with pink and orange tulips.

These next few photos were taken in the wooded area between Riverside Gardens and the Rose Garden.
