Kerri Russell and Rufus Sewell play a married couple of diplomats.
She is heavily involved in negotiations in the Middle East. He is as suave and debonair as they come and a consummate politician.
However, the President (played so well by talented Michael McKean) catches wind his Vice President is in jeopardy and he is looking for a replacement; someone who is competent, efficient, and someone who won’t want to run against him in the next election.
I loved it. Well written and well acted, I thought it was one of the best
Netflix series I've seen in a long time. Yes, it's about politics, but mostly it's about relationships.
